Winning the Game of Life!

Lacrosse games have begun!! The first varsity lacrosse game was Tuesday night and the Falcons looked good. It was a good game, but a zero in the win column. The JV game was last night, and for a very new team they were able to play much better in the second half, but also ended with a zero in the win column. The games on the fields, were important but more important to me was seeing Josiah out on the field! He has battled to become a great player in the "game of life"! I have seen God continue to develop a real man of God with faith and determination. A year and a half after his accident he is back on the lacrosse field as a coach for he second year in a row! Just had to share because that's what proud father does! (Photo on the Right was Josiah playing for Team Idaho in Vail, CO., Left coaching varsity game this week)

Sprng Break

Every year thousands of students venture out for a week in the spring. It is called spring break and many college and High School Students seem to through-out common sense for the extreme! Students, be self-controlled and do not fall into the wild, spring break party scene. Parents talk to your students and know the " where, what, when and who"!

Take the poll!

Bible Quiz - Snake River Classic

Every year our District BQ Coordinators - Ron & Martha Phillips coordinate the Snake River Classic. They are awesome and love BQ! I was only able to be there for a short time, but wanted to post some photos I took that day!! Awesome Job Teams!!!!

Two things we all should do!

I was thinking and praying this morning, two things we all should do! As I journey through this life day after day, I am learning that how you react, of don't react, to every situation in life bring out the inner you! I have watched my Son Josiah react to his accident and "disability" in a way that has brought out a maturity that is beyond his years!

You can read about his Story at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/josiahsullivan

We can all learn from the situations in our life, learn to become a better person and make a difference in our circle of influence.
